Angeline Lindley Bain

Angie Bain is an experienced family law litigator with a highly successful trial record.  In addition, she has also spent part of her career serving as a Dallas County family court associate judge.  Having had both experiences, she is a passionate advocate in the collaborative law process. This philosophy has led her to  the forefront of the Collaborative Law movement in Dallas.  Among the initial group of Texas family law attorneys to be trained in the collaborative model, Angie has  been active in both being trained and in training others.  Additionally, she has spent countless hours speaking to lay groups about collaborative law and its benefits over traditional litigation.

Angie graduated cum laude from Texas A & M  University and cum laude from Southern Methodist University School of Law.  She is board certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  She is a member of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  Angie has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 1999, listed numerous times as a Texas Super Lawyer, including a ranking in the top 50 women lawyers of all practice areas in Texas and numerous times as a Dallas “Best Lawyer”.  She is a frequent speaker at State Bar of Texas continuing legal education seminars.
